Stand Aligned Labs is a programming tool for trainers. It does not provide medical advice. Always consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program, and immediately stop any exercise that causes pain.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Stand Aligned Labs ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service is

The Service helps trainers turn a client's movement assessment into a training program and manage their client roster, session notes, and related records. Program content is authored and reviewed by the trainer before it is delivered to a client — the Service does not deliver programs directly to clients without trainer review.

Accounts and access

Trainers are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity under their account.
Clients are given a one-time access token by their trainer. Keep it private — anyone with the token can access the associated client record.
Trainers can revoke and reissue a client's access at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to store or transmit anyone's real name, government ID, payment details, or other information the platform isn't designed to hold. Don't attempt to access another trainer's roster or another client's data.

No medical advice

Nothing generated by the Service is medical advice or a substitute for professional medical judgment. Trainers are responsible for using appropriate clinical judgment, including any injury or health information provided, when designing and delivering a program.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stand Aligned Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including any injury resulting from a training program generated or delivered through it.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for conduct that violates these terms. A trainer may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
